About the programme
YSBs’s 2019/2020 research on social intrapreneurship surfaced key drivers and challenges for social intrapreneurs around the world. It showcased successful examples of corporate social innovation and an emerging support ecosystem.
Based on this research, we developed a 9-month programme that supports intrapranreurs to scale their impact, build their leadership skills and accelerate the transformation of their companies towards purpose-driven business. The program offers intrapreneurs access to 15 leading sector organizations, 100+ mentors and a range of networking opportunities.
